6 Autumn Smoothie Recipes

Classic Banana Smoothie
What you’ll need: 2 bananas, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, ¼ tsp nutmeg, 2-3 dates, 1 cup of milk (almond, oat or cow’s)
Apple Smoothie
What you’ll need: 1 apple (Fuji, Royal Gala, Golden Delicious, Pink Lady), 2-3 dates, ¼ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 cup of milk (almond, oat or cow’s)
Ginger & Pear Smoothie
What you’ll need: 2 cups baby spinach, 1 banana, 2 pears (Beurre Bosc, Howell, Josephine, Packham, Red Sensation, Williams), 1 tbsp grated ginger, ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup milk (almond, oat or cow’s)
Green Smoothie
What you’ll need: 2 cups baby spinach, 1 banana, 1 pear (Beurre Bosc, Howell, Josephine, Packham, Red Sensation, Williams), 1 cup milk (almond, oat or cow’s)
Pumpkin & Apple Smoothie
